Today marks the grand opening of Bar Symon, the new restaurant from famous Chef Michael Symon. He will be joined by officials from Allegheny County, the Allegheny County Airport Authority, AIRMALL, and The Paradies Shops for a ribbon-cutting and dedication ceremony at the restaurant.
The ecoJacks team is proud to have worked with Richardson Design, The Paradies Shops, and Podojil Builders to add unique and historical elements to the restaurant’s decor. We found a source of local bowling alley lanes in the community, less than 50 miles from the airport. After salvaging the lane material, our expert woodworkers transformed the lanes into tables, bartops, and even bench seating.
If you find yourself in Pittsburgh, stop by Bar Symon to taste some of restaurant’s inventive cuisine and enjoy the heritage-infused atmosphere.
And be sure to contact us if you have a commercial project where you can put the ecoJacks team to work for you.
